Reasons to get a PS3

Well, after all of the problems Sony has been experiencing with the launch and subsequent promotion of the Playstation 3 console, the latest from the GDC reveals more of what Sony is up to in the online social space, as well as a cool new game coming for the platform, and shows that it may one day be worth it to get one.

My current plans don't include buying one; I can't justify the current cost and I'm still irritated with Sony's recent public behavior. But the "Home" concept referred to in the article and detailed in the video it links to is very compelling and, if done right, will have it all over what the Xbox 360 and Wii currently offer.
